Dram Filter The Push-back system offers a wide range of uses.

[1] Concentrated and dewatering of stock
[2] Washing of stock
[3] Stock recovery during white water circulation

Principle
With this machine, raw material is fed into the rotating drum, using gravity and centrifugal force it then discharges the filtered material outside of drum and removes the concentrated, dewatered stock from inside the drum
A partition bar is installed inside the drum, acting as a sluice, to keep the stock within it as long as possible.
In addition, depending on rotation, a helical screw (made from rubber) or “push-back bar”, travels in the reverse direction to that of the raw material. This extends the stagnation time of the material along with breaking down the material that is turning to matt. This raises the efficiency of dewatering and washing.
In addition, it is possible to increase the substitute washing rate and implement substitute water injection.

Features
[1] Excellent washing/dewatering efficiency
Dewatering is accomplished by a process that utilizes centrifugal force and gravity In addition, the double effect of using the "partition bar" and "push-back bar" extends the stagnation time and makes for highly efficient washing/dewatering by moving the stock in a way that does not turn it matt.

[2] Stable outlet consistency
This double effect makes for stock processing that does not turn it matt, and where the output consistency has no effect on the stock.

[3] Simple construction
With no shaft spider inside the drum, the construction is profoundly simple. In addition, power savings are made without the unnecessary weight of the roll discharge, etc.

[4] Will not pollute surroundings
Since the drum is set inside the casing, there is no shower water and material scatter over the surrounding area.

The list above is to be the standard for concentrated dewatering of high quality waste paper materials. The throughput changes with use and stock type.
