Inward structure
The stock flows inward from outside the basket and the agitator rotates outside the basket. The stock flows in the opposite direction to the centrifugal force while impurities are removed in the direction of centrifugal force. Consequently there is no plugging and waste removal is increased. Since the stock outlet is discharged from directly below, no pulsatory motion is produced.
The cyclical motion of the stock generates centrifugal force at the inner screen that works to constantly push away fibers and foreign objects, meaning little vacuum force is required to prevent clogging.
The foreign material that gets close to the screen surface is drawn away from it by the vacuum created by the agitator, gets caught up in the flow of the stock, and moves in a direction away from the screen basket.
